Our client, a large international Real Estate business, invests in and manages commercial real estate with one of their clients being the Queensland Government. Technology capabilities within buildings are covered under facilities management agreements.
The Role
As Technology Services Manager, you will provide technical leadership, expertise, analysis, project management, and stakeholder engagement in supporting and maintaining building and medical systems and applications, as well as resources used in technology services delivery to a key healthcare client.
Key Responsibilities
* Liaise with vendors supporting hospital-specific technology and equipment.
* Troubleshoot and resolve system hardware, software, and network failures in live environments.
* Maintain regular liaison with clients to achieve positive working relationships.
* Manage and coordinate timely responses to formal correspondence regarding client matters.
* Engage with service providers and vendors to resolve issues.
* Support Performance and Reporting functions of the contract.
About You
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or related fields.
* Minimum 5 years' experience in technology services management or similar roles liaising with vendors and service providers.
* Knowledge of ICT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and storage.
* Experience implementing ISO27001 is desirable.
* Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively and build effective relationships with stakeholders.
This role is based in a Hospital setting and requires on-site presence only. Hybrid working is not available, and all vaccinations required by Queensland Health for working in a Hospital (Vaccine Preventable Diseases) must be up to date.
