YOUR ROLE Work closely with the Senior Production Engineer to develop strategic direction and initiate operational improvements Ensure compliance with all relevant facility policies, systems, and processes, particularly the Explosives Safety Manual and Special Rules, Management of Change, Engineering protocols, and Work Authorisation Systems. Design, develop, install, commission, run, and proof production and process lines and layouts, along with associated equipment for the safe and successful production of explosives and quality goods for Thales Australia’s customers. Actively support and assist with the implementation of best practice manufacturing techniques YOUR EXPERIENCE Engineering degree in a chemical, process or mechanical discipline and have demonstrated professional experience in a manufacturing environment The ability to work across a 7/7 roster on both day and night shifts Ability to work in a team environment WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO APPLY After you have applied, you will receive an email acknowledging your application.
