Following the success and growth, our client who are an award-winning provider of Managed Cloud Solutions, is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to support the Managing Director in the day-to-day running of the business.
ROLE:
As a Personal Assistant, you will provide support and assist the Managing Director with the day-to-day operations to ensure that they run smoothly. You will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling travel arrangements, and completing various administrative tasks. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that their schedules are well-managed so that they can focus on their key responsibilities and growth of the business.
* Schedule and organise meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
* Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, and documents.
* Manage and maintain calendars.
* Act as the point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
* Screen and prioritise phone calls and correspondence for the MD.
* Assist with various administrative tasks as assigned.
* Manage the MD’s inbox ensuring prompt responses are provided.
* Minute taking and tracking action items.
YOU
* Tertiary qualified in Business Administration or another related field.
* Strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
* 5+ years of relevant experience.
* Ability to work independently.
* Ability to multi-task and prioritise appropriately.
* Clear and concise communication skills.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word & Excel.
