As a Business Analyst reporting to the Programme Manager for Transformation, you will play a key role in analysing business processes, supporting system enhancements, and ensuring that business solutions align with defined requirements. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the successful implementation of financial remediation initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Lead business analysis workshops to capture and translate business needs into detailed technology requirements. Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in risk management regulations, corporate governance, and internal control frameworks. Develop comprehensive business requirements, including both functional and non-functional specifications. Support Master Project Plan (MPP) and RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) management to ensure project risks and dependencies are effectively tracked. Document "As-Is" and "To-Be" processes, as well as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), to drive operational efficiency and regulatory compliance. What We Are Looking For: Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills. Excellent organisational abilities, particularly in process management and documentation. Exceptional communication skills, both written (documentation) and verbal (facilitating workshops). Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organisation and with external stakeholders.
