We provide administrative support, including patient reception and bookings, electronic and manual file management, typing, data entry, results distribution and billing services to the Austin Health Radiology division.About the role:As part of the radiology administration team, you will work collaboratively with other staff members within the department as well as liaise with doctors and health professionals internally and externally to Austin Health.A regular day will see you:Handle patient and medical staff enquiries in person, over the phone or via emailAssist with the booking, rescheduling and confirmation of appointmentsAssist with report distribution and billing enquiriesAbout you:You will be a dynamic, vibrant and patient focused team member, who enjoys showing a caring attitude towards both your team and the community we serve.
