Role Summary
The successful candidate will lead a small team of accountants within the private capital department.
They will act as a reviewer for key processes within the fund operations, such as monthly pricing, investor cashflows, financial reporting – and be the first point of escalation in the event of any issues.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the Private Equity Accounting group(s)
* Conduct performance management process, identifies training and development needs, and establishes performance standards
* Makes staffing decisions, and ensures resources are available to accomplish priorities
* Participates in developing/provides input and support to the strategic plan and budget management process
* Provides additional leadership support within large specialized groups
Requirements

* Technical skills/systems knowledge
* Leadership and organizational skills
About You
A College or University degree and/or relevant proven work experience is required/preferred.
Related industry qualification is required/preferred.
