The purpose of this role is to process policy documents as well as to provide flexible support to the Insurance Brokers by assisting with account management and administration of clients’ insurance policies. This role will see you: Undertaking data entry of policy processing documents with speed, accuracy and attention to detail Obtaining further information for incomplete policy documents Verifying policy data and correcting data where necessary Provide timely and accurate administrative support with invoices; quotes; premium and adjustment calculations; and managing client debtor and credits process This is a great opportunity and to be considered, we are seeking someone who demonstrates: Very strong attention to detail with good processing and administrative skills A driven, passionate professional who is an enthusiastic team player Excellent written and verbal communication Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise work Experience in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) Insurance experience desired but not essential to be successful in this role.
