Purpose of the Role We have a rare and exciting opportunity for an Executive Assistant to support our Chief People Officer. This role is crucial in managing interactions with our board and senior executives. Your passion for organisational efficiency and making a positive impact is valued. As a strategic thinker, you will make connections across the business to support the Executive in delegating tasks and appointments to the leadership team. Your understanding of the Executive's goals and objectives will develop principles for timely diary management and executive support. As part of the broader People and Culture team, you will have a supportive and rewarding work environment with plenty of scope for growth. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive support, including proactive diary and email management. Executive, Team and Board meeting preparation. Development of meeting agendas for distribution and scheduling support. Preparation of high-quality presentations for Executive, Senior Leader, and P&C audiences. Manage co-ordination of P&C meetings and other events as required. Manage technology and administration items on behalf of the Executive. About You To be considered for this role, you will be an experienced Executive Assistant, operating at a senior level supporting C-suite. You enjoy making a difference in progressive and competitive industries where you can bring your solution-focused mindset and use your own experience to suggest solutions and resolve complex issues. You will have advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and your ability to produce high-quality management reports and presentations will be essential, as will your ability to build relationships with stakeholders across our business.
