As a Commercial Finance Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving the financial performance of our products.
You will provide insightful financial analysis and support to various departments, including sales, marketing, and supply chain, ensuring data-driven decision-making and the achievement of strategic objectives and benchmarking, and above all building marketing leading brands that people talk about!What will be your key deliverables?
Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to support commercial decision-making specific to the industry.Develop and maintain financial models to forecast revenue, costs, and profitability of products.Analyse sales performance, pricing strategies, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth in the sector.Prepare and present financial reports, including variance analysis and profitability assessments.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement budgeting and forecasting processes tailored to FMCG operations.Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to FMCG to provide actionable insights.Assist in the preparation of business cases and investment appraisals for new projects.Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.Bring your experienceEssentialBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (a relevant master's degree or professional qualification such as CIMA, ACA, ACCA is a plus)Proven experience as a Financial Analyst, preferably within the FMCG industryStrong proficiency in financial modeling and data analysisAdvanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial software (, SAP)What does pladis offer you?
