We are seeking an experienced Engineering Specialist to join our dynamic team and play a vital role in providing strategy guidance to the Ore Processing Facility (OPF) applying reliability centred maintenance techniques, data analysis and identify improvement projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide 5 years maintenance and capital budget guidance to execution teams including guiding alignment to quarterly plant offline.
* Develop and maintain 365-day detailed plant availability programs to deliver production targets.
* Mentor and guide area maintenance Engineers to ensure alignment to the plant availability program.
* Identify risks and guide improvements to the OPF Maintenance strategies to improve plant performance.
* Identify gaps to targets and drive reliability centered maintenance development into whole of life critical asset plans in alignment to ISO 55000 asset management principals.
* Monitor alignment to FMG time usage model and coach area Engineers where misalignment is identified.
Qualifications and Experience
* Tertiary qualification in Engineering (specialising in any of the following: Industrial, System, Processing, Mechanical or Electrical).
* Proven experience in Fixed Plant Maintenance Engineering.
* Heavy industry exposure.
* Knowledge of: ISO 55000 Asset Management Standard, Root Cause Analysis Tools, Life Cycle Cost Management, Process Control Systems and Work Management Systems.
* Skilled in workshop facilitation skills, root cause analysis, data analysis and project management.
