In this role you will be directly responsible for managing a large workforce of temporary employees (associates) offsite at Amazon. You will work in alignment with site HR, Operations, Learning, Safety and Workforce Staffing (WFS) teams to promote associates engagement, implement overall coordination of associates and ensure correct processing of associates payroll. main accountabilities workforce associates management (temporary workforce) off-site supportad-hoc on-site support when neededadministration and reporting workforce associates management (temporary workforce) Monitoring associate pool health, associate pool utilization, availability of associates, coordination of extra shifts/overtimeWeekly Rostering and Scheduling, including daily changesProvide the associates with all work related information, including working schedules, arrival times, break timesOnboarding & induction of new associatesadministration and reporting Ensure that the delivery team is capable of dealing with all aspects of day to day reportingProviding all information and/or documentation required to smoothly and timely integrate each associate into the Amazon system (including site pass, employment agreements, background checks documentation, etc.) as required by Amazon policies applicable to associates Executes new starter auditsLiaising the Amazon WFS, HR team and floor area managers, including: checking the working attendance of the associates and ensuring that the associates duly record their working time on the working attendance systems Daily reporting on KPIs including but not limited to fill rates, attendance, absenteeism, pool utilisation, turnover, safety incidents. To undertake any other task, deemed to be appropriate to their role, as directed by a member of management. your background External Profile: Experience in relevant industry, onsite experience, recruitment or HR background and the right competencies Internal Profile: 0-12 months experience as a Consultant + proven results and the right competenciesShift Requirements: Must be available at least 1 weekend day/night per week in line with roster. Day or Night shifts available across a 40 hour work week on a structured scheduled roster.
