About the Role:
We’re currently seeking dynamic individuals to join our team as Reactivation Sales Agent. This is a full-time position based at our office in Kingswood, Adelaide, Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm.

Responsibilities:
Proactively reach out to inactive players via phone to encourage their return to our betting platform.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing player inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive player experience.
Build and maintain strong relationships with players, understanding their preferences and tailoring offers and promotions to re-engage them.
Utilize effective communication and persuasion techniques to convey the benefits of returning to our online casino.
