This an attractive permanent Full- time position, working 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday. Our client is an innovative engineering company based in Kewdale, looking for a strong marketing professional in this newly created position.
About the Role
As a Marketing Officer, you will play a central role in our clients marketing operations, providing vital support to their team in executing impactful campaigns and initiatives. This position presents a distinctive opportunity to merge administrative proficiency with marketing expertise, catering to individuals who excel in dynamic environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote our clients services and align with business goals.
• Create engaging content across various platforms to effectively communicate the value of our clients services to their target audience.
• Utilise digital marketing channels such as their website, social media, and email campaigns to increase visibility and engagement.
• Manage and execute social media campaigns tailored to promote their services and build relationships with their audience.
• Design visually appealing promotional materials like brochures and flyers to showcase our services to potential clients.
• Coordinate and participate in events, webinars, and trade shows to showcase their services and engage with potential clients.
• Effectively manage client appointments and meetings, ensuring clear communication and understanding of their needs.
• Design and execute targeted email campaigns to educate their audience about their services and share updates.
• Conduct regular market research to identify emerging trends and inform strategic decision-making.
• Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns to optimise strategies and maximise ROI.
• Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of marketing experience in Australia, with a strong focus on digital marketing.
• Solid grasp of marketing principles and techniques tailored to the Australian market.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment and effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
