Heavy Vehicle Manufacturing – Toowoomba QLDResponsibilities:Create detailed technical drawings and plans using CAD software.Interpret and translate client specifications into actionable designs.Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure accuracy and feasibility of designs.CNC Operation:Set up, operate, and maintain CNC routers for manufacturing processes.Review and understand job specifications and technical drawings prior to operation.Perform quality control checks on finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.Problem Solving:Troubleshoot design and production issues, making adjustments as necessary.Suggest improvements to designs and processes to enhance efficiency and quality.Documentation:Maintain accurate records of design changes, production runs, and equipment maintenance.Assist in the development of standard operating procedures for CNC operations.Qualifications:Associate degree or equivalent experience in Drafting, Engineering Technology, or a related field.Proficiency in CAD software.Experience operating CNC routers and understanding of CNC programming (preferred but can be taught to the right person).Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes is preferred.#J-18808-Ljbffr
