About the role: Our client is a leading not-for-profit tertiary education entity, who are looking for a skilled digital marketing professional to join their team. Part of the Digital Marketing team, within the web project group, this role is key to managing, maintaining, and optimizing the organization’s website, client portals, and HTML email templates. As the Web Project Analytics Officer, you will use insights from Google Analytics and other analytics tools to support data-driven decisions and support the team’s SEO initiatives. You’ll also troubleshoot web-related issues to ensure a consistent and professional online presence, while upholding UAC policies and maintaining confidentiality standards. Responsibilities: Assist in maintaining and enhancing the websites using various tools and techniques, ensuring compliance with technical standards, accessibility guidelines, and branding requirements. Support the end-to-end creation and quality assurance of microsites, ensuring alignment with client branding guidelines and specified requirements. Fostering strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance collaboration and ensure high-quality service delivery. Driving long-term web traffic growth by executing effective SEO strategies that boost organic search visibility. Coordinate with stakeholders to complete annual content updates for allocated Connect portal clients. About you: Strong understanding of Google Analytics, focus on SEO. Experience in digital marketing. Strong grasp of technical SEO, covering site architecture, crawlability, mobile usability, and page speed. Good stakeholder engagement skills, able to collaborate. Other systems: JIRA (desired) or other relevant ticketing systems. Proven understanding of W3C standards, web accessibility protocols, and usability practices, with the capability to implement these principles in the maintenance and optimization of web platforms.
