Business Development Manager, Legal SolutionsWe are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive sales and develop a market for primarily our legal products, HighQ and Legal Tracker.About the roleIn this new opportunity for a Business Development Manager, Solutions you will:Specifically focus on the corporate/legal firms, with key priorities in new business development and building increasing value within the client base to achieve overall revenue targets.Attain these results by proactively engaging with new whitespace clients and working with our wider sales and leadership team to develop close relationships with prospects and customers to understand their business and provide them with a targeted solution.Demonstrate strong, proactive new business development experience, along with solution selling and consultative sales experience, including managing long sales cycles.Ideally have experience in Solutions Software, selling complex solutions to enterprise customers.
A real passion for sales, personal drive for success, and strong determination to achieve your objectives are essential.About YouIn this role of Business Development Manager, Solutions, you will have:A minimum of 5 years' experience in a professional field sales or business development role selling software as a solution.A demonstrated track record of success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.The ability to create and maintain a robust and healthy pipeline of opportunities through prospecting activity.Strong experience in B2B enterprise sales with excellent active listening, negotiation, presentation, and consultative sales skills.A customer-centric approach, commercial acumen, and ability to identify opportunities to cross-sell solutions.The ability to partner effectively with the wider sales team, including pre-sales and proposition.
