Lange & Söhne is looking for a Boutique Manager to join our exciting re-opening of our boutique with an entrepreneurial spirit, taking ownership of the business, solution oriented with a can-do attitude. The Boutique Manager ensures Boutique budgets are achieved, qualitative client sales presentation, daily operations of the business and client services. Able to demonstrate leadership skills in respect to building client portfolios, driving sales and supporting all sales floor functions.ResponsibilitiesLead in achieving individual sales goals, the sales goal of each team member, and the overall Boutique KPIs.Drive sales and customer service to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs.Master a strong knowledge of the boutique business and assess opportunities to implement a proactive and effective sales strategy.Partner with management to develop effective client strategies to ensure the development of long-term client relationships, resulting in increased business opportunities.Anticipate business needs, and proactively activate plans to minimize disruptions.Enforce and adhere to all Richemont Group and A.Lange & Söhne operational, audit policies and procedures.Ensure maintenance of the boutique to Brand standards.Manage back of house day-to-day operations.Lead in hiring/recruiting of Boutique team, motivate, support, maintain talent and provide a cohesive teamwork environment.Build a high performing team through strategic and astute talent evaluation and planning.Support in pulling reporting on sales data/performances as needed for the business.Responsible for the daily opening and closing of Boutique and ensuring adequate coverage for the business.QualificationsPossess a ‘can do’ attitude and understanding of Luxury retail sales floor operations.Bachelor’s Degree3+ years of prior work experience in Luxury retail management, and Boutique operations with direct reports.Exhibit critical thinking skills and be strong in solution-oriented approaches.Demonstrate initiative, be conscientious and provide complete follow-through on all aspects of responsibility.Must be flexible to change and adaptable in work responsibilities.Availability and flexibility to work: days, nights, weekends, holidays, store openings and closings, to meet the needs of the business.Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.Have a “team player” spirit and the ability to work well within a group/team dynamic.Proficiency with MS Office software required – possess expertise in Excel.Secondary language is a plus.YOUR JOURNEY WITH US:Firstly, you will speak with HR to get to know YOU and give you a preview of the team dynamics and company culture.Subsequently, you will meet with the Flagship Manager and Country Manager to dive deeper and assess your fit for this role.
