We deliver secure electricity to homes and businesses throughout the Southwest Interconnected System (SWIS) from Coral Bay in the north, to Kalgoorlie in the east, and to Esperance in the south.Role Description:The Systems Analyst SAP ISU Role is an opportunity for a FICA consultant to join our SAP Applications Team located in the Perth Central Park Office, on a Permanent Full-Time basis.This role will focus on designing & developing SAP FICA solutions that align to best practice, working closely in collaboration with the Customer Business Unit, SAP Functional and Technical teams, Salesforce CRM analysts and broader business stakeholders to develop solutions that meet the business requirements and align with set standards.Job Responsibilities:Consult into project start up to establish the framework for preferred FICA solutions.Effective engagement with business stakeholders to identify requirements based on best practice solutions.Support the response to P1 and P2 incidents, as required.Work within Agile team environments in a collaborative manner and deliver designs and solutions within the agreed timeframes.Identify, propose, and influence IT solutions; negotiate requirements and deliverables in collaboration with the wider Developers and Architects.What You Will Bring:Experience working with SAP ISU / FICA.Proven track record in delivering solutions for SAP ISU / FICA projects, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and go-live support.Strong knowledge of SAP ISU modules, including but not limited to billing, invoicing, customer service and device management.Experience in customizing and configuring SAP ISU/FICA to meet specific business requirements.What We Offer:Working for an employer of choice also means you will enjoy:Professional Development OpportunitiesPurchased Annual LeaveBest practice parental leaveEvery Voice MattersOur employees have a choice to work for Synergy and it's a choice we respect and value.
