What You’ll Do:
1. Manage day-to-day logistics operations between multiple cities and warehouses across Australia and New Zealand, especially around business’s international inbound logistics, as well as inter-city coordination and last-mile delivery
2. Develop and maintain develop long term strategic relationships with freight forwarders and service providers; explore 3PL logistics model to achieve company KPIs
3. Hold full accountability in managing 3PL (Third-Part Logistics) with the operational scope of inbound logistics, warehouse inventory, last-miles fullfilment, and reversal logistics across the ANZ region. And, strategies scope of cuting costs and boosting efficiency
4. Act as primary point of contact for all regional internal stakeholders and external providers; proactively manage expectations and timelines to ensure a consistent and efficient flow of domestic transportation and overall logistics management
5. Prepare reporting data (costs, timelines, etc) to wider supply chain and Global Markets team
6. Identify continuous improvement opportunities for procedural and cost reporting strategies
What You'll Need:
7. University Degree preferably in Logistics/Supply Chain Management or related field
8. At least 3+ years logistics operation, preferably with experience in multinational trading operations and/or freight forwarding
9. Experience in 3rd party / outsourced logistics solution management
10. Inventory Management knowledge
11. English, and Mandarin would be an advantage.Power user of MS Excel
12. Able to remain focused and work efficiently under pressure while handling multiple tasks
13. Ability to both think strategically and execute tactically
14. Self-motivated, takes ownership of projects, and proactively works on things that need to be done in an ambiguous and dynamic environment
