The Role: A Commercial Property Manager is required to join the Property Management division, where you will provide overall management of one of their key portfolios that spans the eastern seaboard. The role will have accountability for operational efficiency, tenant relationships, and delivery of asset performance. The impact you will have: Be the first port of call for all daily operations and performance for a portfolio of diverse commercial assets Help them make great decisions by performing lease deal scenario & sensitivity analysis You’ll be the client face for their tenants, you’ll help build strong relationships and answer any queries they have Naturally commercial, you will manage your portfolio’s financial performance including contracted income, recoveries, operational expenditure, CAPEX and arrears You’re data savvy and can prepare monthly reports and forecasts to help manage the business Build excellent relationships with internal (Facilities Management, Project Management and Finance) and external stakeholders. The talents you will bring: Ideally degree qualified in property or finance or related field. You’ll bring around of 3-5 years’ experience in commercial real estate, on landlord or agency side. This will also suit a seasoned property manager You’re completely across building services and real estate market activities, leasing and financial management of properties. You have great attention to detail - interpreting leases, regulatory compliance Being a national portfolio, some travel (this is planned and structured so you can work around it) is required.
