We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced CRM Dynamics Architect to join our client's transformation project. As the CRM Dynamics Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust and scalable CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics. Your expertise in CRM architecture, system integration, and customisation will play a critical role in driving the success of our CRM initiatives.
Responsibilities:
1. Design and architect end-to-end CRM solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
2. Lead the development and implementation of CRM solutions, including system configuration, customisation, data migration, and integration with other enterprise systems.
3. Collaborate closely with stakeholders, business analysts, and developers to gather requirements and define functional and technical specifications for CRM projects.
4. Provide technical guidance and support to development teams throughout the project life-cycle, ensuring adherence to CRM architecture and design principles.
5. Conduct system assessments and performance optimisation to enhance CRM system functionality, scalability, and reliability.
Experience:
6. Proven experience as a CRM Dynamics Architect or in a similar role, with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
7. In-depth knowledge of CRM architecture, data models, and customisation capabilities of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
8. Extensive experience in designing and implementing complex CRM solutions, including system configuration, customisation, and integration.
9. Strong understanding of CRM best practices, workflows, business rules, and security models within Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
10. Proficiency in CRM solution design and technical documentation, including entity relationship diagrams, process flows, and system architecture diagrams.
