These contracts are initially 8-month engagements with the potential for extension.Your new roleThe Change Implementation Lead is responsible for leading the change management strategy and execution for the SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals Management implementation within the Modern ERP Program. The role ensures that people, processes, and technology changes are effectively managed to drive business adoption, minimise resistance, and enable a seamless transition to the new solution.Reporting to the Technical Program Manager, the Change Implementation Lead collaborates closely with HR stakeholders, Business Readiness teams, and Value Stream Owners to align change initiatives with organisational objectives.
