Build relationships with key surgeons/clients and their nursing staff by way of training, education, and clinical case support.
Additional responsibilities include working with the local sales team to develop & manage business relationships with all customers, physicians & hospital/support staff and continually influence the sale & market growth of products.
Main Responsibilities
1. Guide and assist surgeons and their team in the operating room, ensuring appropriate technical and optimal surgical support as directed.
2. Ensure that all surgical cases are properly equipped with the required instrument kits, implants, and user guide as per each customers' requirements.
3. Regularly complete instrument inspection, check instruments function correctly, and recommend repair/replacements.
4. Use product knowledge to present, demonstrate, and ensure accurate utilisation of Range products.
5. Build and develop strong relationships with customers, external and internal.
6. Provide in-service and training on the clinical application, maintenance, care, and handling of equipment to operating suite and CSSD personnel.
7. Coordinate training and events and manage day-to-day requirements of business support, ensuring Range delivers exceptional levels of service to our customers.
8. Carry out stock takes and check for variances in consignment and hospital owned stock.
9. Proactively manage existing customer relationships ranging from product end users, nursing personnel, management, and administration personnel.
10. Continually assess customer needs & requirements.
11. Develop customer relationships and identify growth opportunities to secure existing business and achieve competitive conversions.
12. Participate in a rotating on-call roster for after-hours/weekend case support.
13. Travel outside of the region or local area from time to time, depending on business requirements.
14. Participate in trade displays, education courses, and seminars as required.
15. Always comply with all OH&S requirements as per Company policies and legislative environment.
