We are looking for an Online Trading Administrator for our Network and Capacity Planning team.
Overall Purpose: Provide administrative support to ecommerce planning team in improving online trading opportunities relating to customer slots, slot pricing and coverage.
Key Responsibilities: Administering slot pricing change throughout the trading day depending on rate of sale and space remaining at a store level. Monitoring in day sell through and documenting areas for review. Collating data from multiple sources into a concise summary of the trading day. Checking store slots comply with agreed hours and windows for online trading. Key Experience: Good attention to detail. Proficient with Microsoft Office, advanced Excel desirable. Strong communicator both verbally and written. Sense of urgency and pace in managing workload. Proactive approach in dealing with problems and queries in a busy and fast-paced environment. Flexible approach to problem solving and rapidly changing priorities.
