The role This is an office-based, high-activity administration role. This role will ultimately help deliver effective office and business operations, handling duties across finance including accounts payable and receivables and account reconciliation. This part-time offering flexibility can be arranged around school hours. What does success look like? Confident use of: MYOB, Microsoft Excel Accurate bookkeeping, including accounts receivable and payables – invoicing and statements, debtor and vendor management, and reconciliation Back up support for payroll Smooth execution of general office responsibilities, including:answering phone, welcoming visitors to the business, parcel receipt, and daily mail run effective email and phone communication Excellent database input and management. What you will bring Excellent attention to detail. High level experience with MYOB and Microsoft Excel Willingness and quickness to learn and understand the connecting parts of our business. Outstanding communication skills, a strong work ethic, and drive for achieving results. The habit of consistency. The ability to take the Keppel Brand message and deliver it in a confident, personable way. The analytical ability to confidently work with data to inform business decision making.
