Having recently relocated to Somerton, Victoria, we are seeking a Branch Manager to lead the team and continue to develop and establish our brand in the Victorian market. You will have the opportunity to make this branch your own, develop your team and be an influential part of the next BCH chapter in Victoria. This role will oversee all day-to-day operations on the Somerton site, reporting directly to the National Manager.
The successful candidate must share our passion for the hire industry and heavy machinery and equipment.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the branch budget to ensure profitability and overall financial growth.
* Develop and implement effective strategies to achieve revenue and budgeted targets.
* Oversee daily operations to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the branch, including sales, fleet management, service, repairs, and maintenance.
* Network, build, and develop strong customer relationships with new and existing customers.
* Lead and mentor the sales team, providing coaching and support to enhance their performance and achieve results.
* Analyse market and competitor trends to identify opportunities for business growth.
