Duties Provide a high level of Customer Service Order fulfillment in Navision Managing customer expectations and investigation of orders Support field personnel Manage consignment stock Ensure complaints are resolved quickly and expertly, and escalated when required Manage state based accounts Answer high volume emails Skills and Experience Experience in Customer Service in a Medical Device organisation Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking ability High attention to detail Experience providing technical knowledge High level of communication skills, both written and verbal Culture A company with a global presence with a warm and close-knit supportive team environment.
