Your role as the Art Director is to work collaboratively to drive the overall visual aesthetic and tone of voice of Ena Pelly.
The Art Director will be responsible for the conception and delivery of creative campaigns, including budget, production, and timeline management.
They will deliver innovative and engaging campaigns, content and events.The Art Director is a storyteller, responsible for bringing ideas to life that will shape the brand's visual identity and creative aesthetic across all platforms.
The Art Director needs to be able to think strategically and innovatively whilst pursuing excellence in execution.
This role will make considered decisions and work collaboratively with internal and external teams to deliver tangible results.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsible for the overall visual aesthetic and tone of voice of the Ena Pelly brand across all touch points.Acts as the brand's gatekeeper/custodian.Provide guidance to internal stakeholders, including the Marketing team.Lead and collaborate closely with creative team members in the development of innovative and strategic creative concepts.Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to execute major campaign creative assets through all marketing channels.Project management and communication of workload and priorities, including the management of internal and external teams.Deliver all projects on time, on budget, and to brief.Manage and oversee end-to-end delivery from creative brief, shoot pre-production, on-set direction, and post-production to release of creative assets to stakeholders.Translate briefs, ideate, conceptualise, and facilitate creative solutions across campaigns and creative touchpoints.Provide art, copy, VM, and production direction on all still and motion campaign shoots and events.
Create visual direction and strategy documents, including mood boards, storyboards, shot lists, and running sheets.Clear and effective briefing of team members on content and campaign direction.Develop, implement, and maintain clear and comprehensive brand guidelines.Manage post-production of final creative assets, including selects, retouching, and finished art.Liaise with external suppliers, including but not limited to photographers, videographers, location agencies, modeling agencies, HMUA, and stylists.Take ownership of directing, managing, and overseeing the creative team, budgets, and reporting.Managing all production admin and budgets for all campaign shoots, store VM, e-commerce shoots, and support on all brand and store events.Attend all shoots, including e-commerce, campaign, and social/PR, where necessary.Lead the development of brand strategy and rollout across all creative areas of Copy, PR, Design, and Campaign Direction.Responsible for reviewing all graphic/digital design and copy collateral produced by the team.ATTRIBUTES:Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role.Fashion experience is essential.Strategic thinker with a creative mindset.Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to excellence.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.Collaborative, adaptable, and open to feedback.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.EMPLOYEE BENEFITS:Joining Ena Pelly comes with a range of benefits designed to support and reward our team, including:Birthday leave.Generous wardrobe allowance.Flexible working arrangements.At Ena Pelly, we value hard work, dedication, and contributions.
