Job Title: Night Manager
The Night Manager plays a vital role in ensuring exceptional guest service throughout the hotel, reporting directly to the Front Office Manager and having regular access to the Hotel Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with operational department management
* Manage rosters, costings, and forecasting
* Develop Front Office All Rounders, Night Audit, and Night Supervisor team members for strong succession planning
* Involvement in and management of guest satisfaction
* Process check-in and check-out procedures while adhering to protocols
* Support all areas of the hotel to prevent potential issues, including Food & Beverage operations
* Acknowledge and attend to guest requests promptly, demonstrating proactive resourcefulness
* Ensure the health and safety of patrons, guests, and staff
* Oversight of the entire guest experience from reservation through departure
