We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Front Office Team at Quest Robina, a pet-friendly hotel located in the heart of the Gold Coast. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service experiences to our guests, responding to accommodation enquiries, and participating in the reservation process.
The Role
This role involves all aspects of the Front Office, including:
* Providing professional yet friendly and personalized customer service experiences for our guests
* Responding to accommodation enquiries and taking part in the reservation process whilst understanding the unique requirements each guest needs
* Driving and operating our Quest Courtesy Shuttle which connects our guests to fantastic dining options and local venues

The Ideal Candidate
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* A true passion for customer service and creating positive experiences for all of our guests
* Strong skills in promoting and selling accommodation whilst understanding the guest's needs during the reservation process
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills, a keen eye for detail, high standards of personal presentation, and a team player with a kind heart towards animals

Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per annum
