ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are currently seeking a Graduate of Architecture to join our well-experienced and dynamic team based in Glen Huntly. The role will involve working across our incredible portfolio of clients to understand their brand and bring innovation to all future designs.
Responsibilities:
Client liaison to determine initial goals/scope of the requirements for space to be designed.
Coordinate projects to ensure timely delivery.
Work closely with third parties to coordinate design elements, materials, and construction logistics.
Prepare sketches and other visual aids to demonstrate preliminary designs to clients.
Develop scoping and documentation for architectural projects.
Consult with clients or Team Leader on materials, furnishings, and decor.
Attend internal or external meetings as required throughout the duration of the design.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current trends, techniques, and designs within the market.
Ability to use software systems with proficiency - Revit, AutoCad, Lumion, Enscape.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Formal qualifications in Architecture.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Proficiency in Revit and 3D modeling software such as Enscape.
A can-do attitude with sound problem-solving skills.
Basic understanding of Building Codes and Inspection Regulations related to Architecture.
