It aims to increase the levels of savings of people on lower incomes, while addressing the causes of financial exclusion, which is the lack of access to appropriate low-cost, fair and safe financial services.The opportunityThe primary role of the Savings Coach is to recruit new participants to the Saver Plus program via a virtual platform and to assess their eligibility and capacity to develop a savings goal along with developing a budget. The Savings Coach will provide ongoing support and coaching to participants throughout their Saver Plus journey.About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have a sound understanding of the issues of social and financial exclusion in Australia and familiarity with programs which seek to address these.
