About the Role:
Job Title: Strategic Asset Management Consultant
Location: Sydney and Melbourne
You'll work on a diverse range of assets and projects aimed at improving asset performance, sustainability, and long-term value for our clients. You'll manage key projects, collaborate with talented teams, and engage directly with clients to deliver strategic advisory services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Client Engagement: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs, design customized solutions, and provide expert advice.
* Collaborative Delivery: Work with multidisciplinary teams across Australia, New Zealand, and international offices, leveraging global expertise.
* Project Leadership: Lead and manage strategic asset management projects from start to finish, ensuring successful delivery.

Requirements:
* Asset Management Expertise: at least 3 years of experience in asset management, asset maintenance, asset management systems, or related advisory roles.
* Project Delivery Skills: Proven experience managing complex projects from planning to implementation, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
* Client-Centered Approach: Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and tailored service delivery.
* Analytical Thinking: A strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and the ability to present complex data in a clear, actionable format.
* Communication Excellence: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including report writing, data presentation, and public speaking.

* Relevant Qualifications: A Bachelor's or Post-Graduate degree in a relevant field, with certification in Asset Management (CAMA, CPAM or equivalent) or a willingness to obtain certification.
