Your new role
As the Senior HR Business Partner, you will support Executives, Directors, and Senior Managers within the department, identifying business risks and providing expert support and advice on complex matters. You will contribute to the achievement of strategic goals and priorities.
Your duties will also include, but are not limited to:
* Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with organisational objectives.
* Identify and mitigate business risks, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
* Address complex employee relations issues, providing guidance and resolution strategies.
* Oversee recruitment, retention, and development initiatives to build a high-performing workforce.
* Lead performance review processes, offering coaching and development opportunities to managers and employees.
* Contribute to the creation and implementation of HR policies that support organisational goals.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful within this position, you will need the ability to manage HR responsibilities across multiple locations, possess strong generalist HR experience ideally within the public sector, and demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
