Job Overview
This is a dynamic position where you will use your technical expertise to promote and sell our products, while also providing on-the-ground support for our clients.
Main Responsibilities
* Sales Development: Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities for our products.
* Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with both new and existing clients (government and private).
* Consultative Selling: Provide technical consultations to clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
* Product Presentations: Conduct detailed product demonstrations and technical presentations to effectively communicate the benefits and technical specifications of our products and services.
* Service & Parts Sales: Promote and sell maintenance contracts, service agreements, and spare parts.
Requirements
* Trade background in engineering, mechanical, electrical, or related technical field (preferred).
* Previous experience in technical sales, business development, or a similar customer-facing role (ideally within the fire protection, emergency services, or industrial sectors).
* Strong technical understanding of fire pumps, aerial appliances, and other emergency services equipment (preferred).
