What's the role?
Part of the DRUM AU team, the Account Director (Social), plays a key role in implementing a world class social product. You will do this by ensuring clients always receive a high-quality product experience, efficient delivery, and an automation of process.
Managing and driving the social accounts for some of Australia's biggest brands across a range of industries, you will constantly push for better client results and a leading-edge product.
You will ensure clients receive a streamlined and coordinated social product, by working closely with the relevant business teams when needed.
What will you be doing?
* Responsible for leading all aspects of the social & innovation process from brief through to implementation, including timelines, budgets, creative development, production, and delivery of final materials.
* Ability to think strategically and creatively, offering strong consultative partnerships advice and establishing trust and credibility with senior clients and partners.
* Directly responsible for building and maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders across several clients and client teams simultaneously aiming to become a trusted advisor on behalf of DRUM that clients request by name.
* Lead your team's Social product including strategy, planning & implementation, quality of outputs, reporting, and day to day invoicing and billing.
* Strong, hands on experience using paid social native and third party campaign managers, analysing performance and providing recommendations to clients is essential.
Who are you?
* At least 6 years proven experience in a social media position, ideally within an agency environment.
* Exceptional communication and client management skills, ideally at a Senior level.
* Experience building and implementing both Organic and paid social media strategy, content and campaign native across leading social platforms.
* Strong technical skills across platforms such as brandwatch, sprout social, roy morgan and all social media platforms.
