Permanent Role Paying $117,832.69 - $129,758.40 + Super The Public Safety and Crime Prevention Adviser develops and implements strategies to enhance community safety and reduce crime within the City of Parramatta.
This role involves coordinating the Safer Communities Strategy, conducting crime assessments, leading safety initiatives, and working with stakeholders such as police, urban designers, and community groups.
The Adviser provides strategic advice, manages projects, prepares reports, and ensures compliance with legislation and best practices, while fostering partnerships and promoting safety improvements.
Additionally, the role involves grant writing, budget management, and reporting to support crime prevention efforts.
