The Role You’ll be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy across WA, managing client relationships, uncovering new business opportunities, and mentoring the Sales Manager and team. Key Responsibilities: Lead the WA sales team to achieve regional revenue, growth, and profitability targets. Manage and mentor the Perth-based Sales Manager, supporting their leadership and development. Build and maintain strong relationships with key B2B customers across hospitality, catering, education, healthcare, mining, and corporate segments. Identify new business opportunities and drive expansion into untapped market segments. Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure cohesive customer engagement and service delivery. Monitor and report on sales performance, pipeline metrics, and customer insights. Lead regional tender submissions and contract negotiations where required. Provide accurate forecasting and contribute to national strategic planning. Maintain an expert-level understanding of our product range and industry trends. Skills & Experience: 5+ years of senior B2B sales leadership experience. Proven track record in managing high-performing sales teams. Experience in Hospitality, Catering, FMCG, or related industries. Strong strategic thinking and commercial acumen. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills. Customer-focused with the ability to engage diverse industry clients. Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Sales, or Management. Experience in regional sales management or multi-site operations. Familiarity with CRM platforms and data-driven sales approaches.
