We believe in recognising and rewarding the valuable contributions of our team members.The Role:As our Clinical Team Leader (CTL), you will play a crucial role in ensuring that the management of the practice supports the delivery of high-quality clinical care and enhances the experience of being a psychologist at Seed Psychology. Your role will be divided between providing therapeutic services to our diverse client base and leading our team of psychologists.Key Responsibilities:Provide therapeutic services to a diverse client base, addressing a range of mental health issues with compassion and expertise.Lead, inspire, and support a team of psychologists in a warm and inclusive manner.Chair, and coordinate team meetings to foster collaboration and professional development.Support clinicians in achieving their learning and professional development goals.Provide clinical supervision.Ensure the delivery of psychology services aligns with the values and standards of Seed Psychology.Qualifications:Postgraduate qualifications in Psychology (i.e., Masters or Doctorate).Full registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).Board Supervisor approval for primary and secondary supervision of Clinical Registrars and fully registered Psychologists, or the ability to become approved.Experience:Proven experience in building, growing, and leading teams.Demonstrated competence in working with individuals with a range of mental health issues.Skilled in planning and providing evidence-based psychological services.Experience in initiating, planning, and evaluating service improvement initiatives, as well as providing support and supervision to peers and other personnel.Personal Attributes:Strong ability to build and maintain relationships, foster open communication, and contribute positively to a team environment.Capable of working autonomously within a team, consistently meeting deadlines through effective organization and time management.Proactive, highly self-motivated, and committed to the ongoing development of yourself and your team.Ready to Join Us?If you are a Clinical Psychologist with a passion for leadership and a commitment to providing high-quality clinical care, we would love to hear from you.
