We are seeking a Kitchen Manager to oversee the kitchen, manage staff, and decide on dishes to serve. Key responsibilities include planning food preparation, supervising staff, monitoring food quality, and maintaining a clean kitchen. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude. The successful applicant will work within a team and independently, and be available to work weekdays, weekends, and nights. Essential qualifications include an AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma, and 3 years of work experience. Australian citizens and permanent residents are encouraged to apply.
