Critical to the success of this role is owning all financial aspects of the company, a clear and transparent communication style, and the ability to be hands-on and adapt to the needs of a fast-paced business that is experiencing year on year growth.Ensure there is financial transparency across all aspects of the business’ performance.Ensure all business operations adhere to the governance requirements of the company.Manage the corporate services division maintaining key external and internal relationships coupled with hands-on involvement across financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, governance, treasury, and taxation.Maintain oversight on strategic objectives and financial impacts of decisions.Manage and develop all business case propositions, expansions, optimisations or acquisitions and successfully manage any integration.Refine and improve all Board and business line reporting to provide clarity on operations.Manage Board papers and company secretarial compliance work.Lead and mentor your teams with a strong focus on customer service and continuous improvement to increase productivity.Foster a high-performance workplace culture that upholds quality, health, safety and sustainable working practices.This job can be based in Kingsgrove, Sydney or in Batemans Bay on the NSW South Coast.
