Why You’ll Love This Role: Manage a high-volume portfolio of 250 – 400 active customers and process 1,000 invoices per month within the team. Key Responsibilities: Invoice Management & Uploading – Process and upload invoices to customer invoicing portals and PO systems, ensuring compliance with client requirements. Accounts Receivable & Collections – Manage outstanding balances, proactively resolve disputes, and follow up on overdue accounts. Customer Relationship Management – Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless payment processes. Cash Allocation & Reporting – Accurately perform daily cash allocations and provide key reports for the Finance and Management teams. Process Improvement – Identify ways to improve invoice processing, customer payment terms, and dispute resolution to enhance efficiency. What We’re Looking For: Finance & Accounts Receivable Experience – Previous experience in a credit control or accounts receivable role within a similar-sized business. PO & Invoicing Portal Expertise – Strong knowledge of purchase order (PO) systems and invoicing portals (e.g., Ariba, Coupa, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365). Tech-Savvy & Analytical – Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting. Strong Communicator & Problem Solver – Ability to interact effectively with internal teams and external clients to resolve disputes and ensure timely payments.
