Our client is seeking an Assistant Manager to support their Karrinyup store. This is a unique opportunity to showcase your leadership skills in a premium retail environment, working with stunning jewellery and luxury timepieces.
The Company:

They are now seeking a driven Assistant Store Manager for their Karrinyup store to deliver exceptional service and meet business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Store Manager in leading, coaching, and motivating the store team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets
* Assist in managing day-to-day store operations
* Provide personalised, high-end service to customers, building strong relationships with clients and ensuring an unforgettable luxury experience
* Collaborate with the Store Manager to implement sales strategies and drive business growth
* Lead by example in maintaining impeccable store presentation, upholding the brand's high standards of luxury and excellence
* Take an active role in staff development, helping to identify training needs and providing support to ensure ongoing growth and performance
* Step in to manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager
What We're Looking For:
* Experience in an Assistant Store Manager role or similar, ideally within jewellery retail
* Strong leadership and people management skills
* Polished presentation
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach
* A passion for luxury jewellery, with a keen understanding of the market and product knowledge
* Experience in store operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising
* A proactive, solution-focused mindset with a drive to exceed sales goals
