Support student needs, incorporate ICT, respect cultures, involve parents, and maintain inclusive, disciplined classrooms that promote excellence.Assessment and ReportingFollow assessment and reporting policies, use feedback to improve practices, apply diverse assessment strategies, provide timely feedback, participate in moderation, and maintain clear records of student progress.Pastoral CareEngage in pastoral care and co-curricular activities, model Christian values, communicate respectfully with students, staff, and parents, maintain confidentiality, collaborate with specialists, and provide support to colleagues.Policy ImplementationThe role involves contributing to and implementing College policies in a developmentally appropriate way, ensuring student wellbeing and safety through adherence to school, curriculum, and legislative requirements. It also includes monitoring and minimising risks through the College's risk management procedures, promoting the safe and ethical use of ICT in teaching, and supporting the College's Christian ethos. Additionally, the role requires compliance with relevant laws, ethical standards, and regulations set by authorities and the College.Sport and Co-CurricularParticipate in co-curricular and sporting activities both during and outside of College hours.
