About the Role
This opportunity will assist the Community Manager in the provision of administration services to the residents and guests and support the efficient operation of reception.
This position is part-time, 20 hours per week.
Key Accountabilities
1. Managing reception and front of house
2. Take payments when necessary.
3. Assist guests & residents with all questions and reasonable requests.
4. Greet residents and guests in a warm and friendly manner.
5. Register any issues in terms of cleaning, maintenance, office, common areas etc.
6. Conduct site tours, if necessary, with prospective residents
7. Use of computer programmes and MS Office to maintain databases in relation to guests and residents.
8. Answering incoming calls, action faxes and emails and sort mail
9. Attend to general receptionist duties including filing.
10. Any other duties as assigned by management.
11. Ensure the site remains clean and tidy.
12. Lock up facilities including but not limited to office, units, common areas and gates.
13. Attend to matters including but not limited to noise complaints, maintenance requests, repairs to public area facilities, etc.
14. Carry out routine walk around, and perimeter checks to ensure all residents are abiding by site rules.
15. Actively foster and support a positive working relationship with all team members, always following correct reporting lines.
16. Show absolute care and empathy towards the needs of our customers, communicate with genuine care and engage in positive relationships while maintaining professional conduct.
About You
1. Previous reception and administration experience is essential
2. Planning and organisational abilities
3. Confident in decision making and able to work with minimal supervision.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Proactive team player.
6. Well-presented, confident, and proficient at dealing with people.
