AUD 160000 - 180000 per annum, + Super + BonusEthos are currently recruiting for a Senior FP&A Manager to join a leading global services organisation based in WA.This highly regarded brand has been at the forefront of their industry for a number of years and is looking to maintain their position with significant investment in both organic and inorganic growth.The role entails much more than your average group FP&A role with a real focus on providing insightful strategic analysis instead of a focus on churning out reports.As such, they require an inquisitive stakeholder manager who will engage with both the business and the executive to drive high-quality decision making.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and lead the delivery of continuous improvement initiatives to improve reporting processes, including developing and improving models and tools to assist in analysis.Provide decision support to BU level finance teams, learning and understanding key drivers of business and their impacts on group performance.Support M&A and organic growth activity across the group.Work closely with IT and BU finance teams to gather reporting requirements to develop informative dashboards, reporting suites, and analysis.Lead the business planning process, including strategic initiatives.Take ownership of the Budgeting & Forecast process and critically analyse to recommend required changes.Candidate ProfileCA/CPA qualified (or equivalent).Extensive business partnering experience at a senior level.Experience in undertaking commercial analysis of investment opportunities.Highly literate in the building of financial models.Experience working in a large complex group.This is an exciting opportunity to join a complex business committed to building a first-class finance function that can help the organisation grow moving forward.If you feel you fit the profile above and are looking for a challenging role in a market-leading company, then please apply using the link below.#J-18808-Ljbffr
