Are you an experienced and dynamic Employment Lawyer with a passion for litigation and dispute resolution? This company is a leading provider of workplace relations services and is looking for a senior lawyer with minimum 4 years PQE. This job role is the opportunity to showcase your expertise in employment law while representing SME clients in various commissions, tribunals, and court proceedings.
Responsibilities:
4. Prepare and skillfully represent clients in a range of legal matters, leveraging your extensive knowledge in employment law, litigation, and dispute resolution.
5. Provide quality case preparation and representation in commissions, tribunals, and court proceedings.
6. Offer strategic advice and assistance to clients and internal/external stakeholders, supporting their objectives and ensuring compliance with employment legislation.
7. Collaborate with management and the team, playing a crucial role in achieving core business objectives and facilitating internal training initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:
9. A qualified lawyer with a minimum of 4 years post-qualification experience, specializing in employment law, litigation, and dispute resolution.
10. Proven track record in handling all aspects of case preparation and representation in various legal settings.
11. Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills, enabling you to develop compelling legal strategies and present persuasive arguments in court.
12. Sound knowledge of employment legislation, compliance requirements, and best practices.
13. Strong ability to provide strategic advice and assistance to clients, guiding them towards optimal outcomes while minimizing legal risks.
14. Natural leadership qualities with the ability to support and mentor junior team members.
