Key Responsibilities
1. Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of events, ensuring alignment with our strategic priorities.

3. Manage budgets, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost efficiency while maintaining quality.
4. Oversee logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and on-site coordination.
5. Foster inclusivity, accessibility, and sustainability in all events by accommodating diverse needs and incorporating responsible practices.
6. Evaluate event success and provide insights to improve future activities.
About You
To thrive in this role, you will bring:
* Proven experience in managing complex stakeholder events, ideally with 7+ years in corporate event management role.
* Strong organisational and project management skills, including budgeting expertise and a proven ability to identify efficiencies.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration across teams.
* The ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on operational execution.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making under pressure.
* Proficient in event management software, Microsoft 365 software suite, and leveraging innovative tools and AI for enhanced event planning and execution.
