The role involves operating front-end wheel loaders to handle iron ore and other bulk commodities efficiently and safely.To be successful in this role you will need to have:Familiarity with shed maintenance, ore stockpile management, and remote site work.Ability to perform under pressure and in varying environmental conditions.Knowledge of and commitment to complying with Australian Federal Laws and Western Australia state laws and regulations.Good record-keeping, which is essential for compliance purposes.Ability to carry out routine maintenance to mobile plant, and report faults.Ability to follow strict workplace and safety procedures & have an ongoing commitment to safe work practices.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with a variety of people.This is a casual opportunity, based in Geraldton.
