We're looking for a Grounds Maintenance Supervisor to lead and mentor a small team of supported employees in a fulfilling, community-focused role. Join our team at genU Business Enterprises, where your efforts will have a real impact on both our customers and the lives of our supported employees.Key Responsibilities:Lead a team of 2-3 supported employees in performing grounds and garden maintenance.Provide daily supervision and mentorship to help supported employees develop new skills and reach their full potential.Deliver high-quality service to both internal and external customers, ensuring productivity and safety at all times.Manage tasks, provide feedback, and ensure work is completed efficiently and to customer expectations.Maintain and care for grounds at genU and customer sites, adhering to strict OH&S standards.Complete required documentation, including written feedback on employee performance.About You!You’re not just someone who gets the job done – you love working with people of all abilities and fostering a supportive, inclusive workplace.
